Hunters,

Thank you for your interest in our hunting operation.   We sincerely hope you will decide to hunt with us - we will do our very best to help you harvest the size whitetail buck you desire.   We believe we can offer whitetail hunts equal to the best Texas has to offer.   In 1997 and 1998, all the native deer were removed from the ranch and south Texas whitetails were imported.

HUNT FEES... Our hunts are priced using a daily fee plus a trophy fee. You may choose one of the two following options:

BASIC FEE:
$250.00 per day which includes a morning and an afternoon guided hunt.   After the morning hunt, hunter will leave the ranch and return around 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. for the afternoon hunt. (This option does not include food or lodging.)

FULL ACCOMMODATION FEE
$500.00 per day which includes food, lodging, and guide.

NON HUNTING GUEST FEE:
$250.00 per day and is contingent on available space.

DEPOSITS: A $2,000.00 deposit is required to hold your dates. If you are not successful, you will receive a refund for the balance (if any) of your deposit (i.e., if you hunt for 3 days while staying at the ranch, 3 days x $500.00/day = $1,500.00 - balance of $500.00 to be refunded). Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to another hunter (subject to ranch approval) for the same reserved dates.

ALL HUNTS ARE A TWO DAY MINIMUM - No refunds or partial refunds for any days reserved for your hunt.

Deer are priced individually by quality and NOT SCORE.
Deer will be priced by our guides BEFORE you shoot.

Cull bucks and inferior deer are priced by the point.   Example:

4pt. $400.00

6pt. $600.00

Whitetail Does: $100.00

Our guides are very experienced and will do their best to help the hunter take the size trophy they desire.   The hunter has the final responsibility in deciding whether or not he/she wants to shoot.

Please note that we do have some Whitetail bucks that will be off limits and will not be allowed to be shot.   There will be young bucks that have great potential, but have not yet reached full maturity.   As an example, hunters will not be allowed to shoot four year old, 180 class Whitetails.

Since we limit the number of hunters to two at a time, all hunts will be charged for the full day; meaning that if you kill a deer in the morning, you will be charged for the full day, not a half day.  We prefer to only hunt two hunters at one time, but if you have your own group of three hunters, we can accommodate three hunters at one time.

Any deer shot at and determined by our guide to be hit, the hunter will be required to pay the full cost of the deer.

Reservations are held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit.   If no deposit is received within the 7 days, reservations will be released to others.

To receive the NRA/SCI member discount, hunters must present their current NRA/SCI membership cards at the conclusion of their hunt.  No exceptions.
